Roller-type substrate dryer [Irezak Series]

For drying after pure water cleaning and alcohol cleaning of substrates, metallic glass, silicon, ceramics, and thin film using a non-thermal roller method!

The roller-type dryer supplies water to both sides of the workpiece using micro-sponge water-absorption rollers and dries it! Since it does not use heat or solvents, there is no product damage, making it a low-cost and eco-friendly dryer. It contributes to the reduction of defective products!
